How can I place an order?

You must register by creating an account.

Click on my account and submit your request.

You must log in with your account before proceeding to payment.

For telephone orders, it is also possible to pay by credit card.

What payment methods do you accept?

For orders placed online, we accept Mastercard, Visa, ApplePay, GooglePay, ShopifyPay, Paypal.


Is it possible to receive an order abroad?

No, we only make Canadian deliveries and do not deliver to PO boxes or PO boxes.


I just placed my order when will it be shipped?

Normally, orders placed before 3:00 p.m. are processed the same day, otherwise they will be processed the next day.


If my order is out of stock, when will it be shipped?

If your order contains items out of stock, it will be sent once it is completed, unless other prior arrangements have been made.


What if I received the wrong product?

If the product received is not the one that was ordered, simply make a complaint within 7 days of its delivery by calling us at (514) 335-3336.


How do I cancel my order?

Please note that some products are special orders which cannot be canceled.

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled. However, if your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible at (514) 335-3336.

Return of a product sent to a wrong address ?

Return of a product sent to the wrong address? If you entered a wrong or incomplete address during the purchase, please contact us immediately by re-entering your full address and your order number by email or contact us by phone at (514) 335-3336.If, however, your order has already been shipped and is returned to our warehouses due to a wrong or incomplete address, there will be a 20% restocking charge on your order.
